Another wrapper update. These updates are only for 3dsmax 2009 and 2010, so Max 9 users will have to use the previous build.

Changes are minor:

• MaxWrapper super class id is now upcast as ReferenceTarget
• Controls are now upcast properly when they're returned from functions (such as in IParamBlock)
• There is no more warning box popping up if a same assembly is being attempted to load twice. Second assembly loading is simply ignored
